Lost email restored or your money back
As a recognized Microsoft Silver Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions partner there have been times where our assistance is requested after an email migration or Office upgrade project was completed but people are still missing their email addresses. See the example picture for what can sometimes be missed in these projects.
Warning: having the ‘email autocomplete or email contacts’ not show up is considered a ‘normal migration’ by many IT professionals.
Whether Outlook was just upgraded, Exchange was upgraded to Office 365, or Microsoft Office was just upgraded losing these important contacts can be easily overlooked. PCIT staff can get them back - usually in less than 90 minutes!
First call our office and a technician will walk through a brief checklist to confirm restoration is possible. Once the details are confirmed we will restore the lost Outlook 2013 contacts, Outlook 2016 contacts, even Outlook 2010 contacts on the computer(s) needed. Guaranteed.
PCIT staff have completed email or Exchange migrations for years. After realizing these important addresses are so often overlooked the full development and testing of our restore methodology took over 2 weeks to complete. (Hint: Google won't provide all the techniques we use in less than 1 day of searching and testing.) Back in Office 2010 and earlier this autocomplete feature was called an NK2 file. These email addresses, sometimes called the ‘nickname cache’, now have a different method of being saved in Office 2013 and Office 2016. Restoration of either the older autocomplete or the newer Office versions is almost always possible. To help get these ‘lost email addresses back’ give our office a call.
Click here or give us a call if you just starting an email migration project and want it done on time and on budget . If you have an email migration project and some deliverables are missing we may also be able to help. Like one client told us "I don't know how to describe it but when I look at what the staff are dealing with it just feels 'dirty' to me." PCIT then completed the actions needed to help our client feel like the project was done 'clean'.
