See the example picture for what can sometimes be missed in these projects.

Warning: having the ‘email autocomplete or email contacts’ not show up is considered a ‘normal migration’ by many IT professionals.

Whether Outlook was just upgraded, Exchange was upgraded to Office 365, or Microsoft Office was just upgraded losing these important contacts can be easily overlooked. PCIT staff can get them back - usually in less than 90 minutes!

After realizing these important addresses are so often overlooked the full development and testing of our restore methodology took over 2 weeks to complete. (Hint: Google won't provide all the techniques we use in less than 1 day of searching and testing.) Back in Office 2010 and earlier this autocomplete feature was called an NK2 file. These email addresses, sometimes called the ‘nickname cache’, now have a different method of being saved in Office 2013 and Office 2016.
